In tonight’s edition: The Congolese city of Goma is a canvas of violence and chaos since M23 rebels have entered the city. And as Congolese forces struggle to hold out against the M23 and the Rwandan forces backing them, some of the civilians fleeing are heading over the border into Rwanda, the very country accused of enflaming the conflict.
