The indie game studio Illam Software has announced that Mirage: Ignis Fatuus is coming to Nintendo Switch and PC on 18 April 2025. Players will finally get to become the enigmatic Kyuboy’d and face mind-bending puzzles. As well as uncover the hidden truths holding Mirage, the City of Illusions, together as it nears collapse.

In Mirage: Ignis Fatuus, each level is designed to be viewed from four distinct angles, encouraging players to think creatively as they solve intricate spatial puzzles. The minimalist art style adds a unique charm, keeping the focus on exploration and problem-solving. Walkable environments play a key role, offering players the ability to interact with and reshape their surroundings.

The game blends engaging puzzle-solving with thoughtful RPG mechanics, inviting players to manage their inventory and make impactful decisions that shape their journey. Stepping into the role of Kyuboy’d, you’ll face the growing darkness threatening Mirage, navigating challenges and choices as you fight to protect the world from its impending collapse.
