FBI officials are seeking a motive behind the New Year’s Eve vehicle-ramming attack on Bourbon Street that killed at least 10 people, including investigating any possible terrorist affiliations of the driver. The FBI has identified the suspect as a 42-year-old former US soldier from Texas, adding that they believe he did not act alone.
